You are the most important part of a successful launch. The way you think about yourself and the results you aim at will let you have good success.

One thing is sure: You will need a project mindset: clear objectives, and only focus on the delivering of the results.

You will learn to get a strategic outlook on your project. This insight will elevate your launch. be successful is a Science.

3. And......Launch!

You have learned how to set up a project launch; you've worked on yourself. You are confident in your ability to see your launch through.

In this module, we will help you to avoid the pitfalls that can hinder a successful launch. Many suffer during this part of the launch because it feels like an overwhelming factor. We got you! We have templates and structures to take the load of you.

These templates are designed so that you can continue to edit and reuse them over and over again.

Hi, my name is Engracia Sleeswijk. I used to be in your shoes: eager to work on great projects, more than enough passion, and still that nagging feeling of insecurity at every step.

I felt insecure and overwhelmed at the amount of information I had to process by myself. Before doing my first project, I never had the opportunity to get officially trained in Projectmanagement, but I was afraid to say no to my client.

Now twenty-five years later, I am officially trained. In fact, I have worked with 20K+ clients over the last few years and have helped clients collectively save over $50M in revenue because of the certainty of a structured method.

I have a Bachelor in Business Administration, a Master's in Strategy- and Change Management and Consultancy, and a Master's in Project and Program Management.

Project-Launches can be complicated, stressful, and unsuccessful. They can either fail, stop working, or not be scalable beyond you. I can provide hands-on and direct tools and systems to support and groom you towards your route in becoming a Strategic Project Manager.

Is this a good fit for me eventhough I am not doing projects yet?

A project entails a lot when it comes to monitoring day-to-day structures. Learning the suitable designs and systems should preferably take place at rest to understand them.

Yep! If you're still figuring out what type of projects or business, we've got you. You'll complete a questionnaire as soon as you log in, and we'll show you which area will be most beneficial for you to start at. If you're in the concept stage, we'll help you gain clarity and direction, then walk you through all of the steps.

What is your cancellation policy?

Because all programs are offered digitally, there is no refund if a program has already been purchased.

What payment plans are available?

Each program will be offered in two variants: a total amount and a payment plan. You can decide for yourself which variant is suitable for you.

How does billing work?

If you choose to sign up through the monthly payment plan, then your first payment will be due the day you sign up. From there, you will be billed every month on the day that you enrolled until full payment is done. If you chose the total payment option, you will make a one-time payment and be set for the entire duration of the program (and receive extra goodies too!).
