Complaints Procedure

Effective date: September 1st 2021

Clients can express complaints in writing, by email per [email protected].  ESleeswijk Consultancy can receive a complaint or perceive that a complaint is being made. This complaint will be handled by Engracia Sleeswijk, as complaint owner. Ensuring that the complaint is handled within three days working days. 

Within 5 working days, a solution will be offered to the complainer. If the parties do not reach a satisfactory solution within one month, the handling of the complaint will be transferred to a mediator. The complainant will be informed about this in writing. Complaints that may lead to the liability of ESleeswijk Consultancy must be transferred directly to the liability insurer as a result of the insurance conditions,
